These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Claire iOS app and this website (together, the “Service”), operated by Flux Labs LLC. By downloading or using Claire, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Claire provides motivational copy, tiny next-step prompts, optional notifications, and widgets. It is a wellness and organization tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Claire is designed for neurodivergent adults, including people with ADHD. It does not diagnose ADHD.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Claire.

3. No Claire account

Claire does not require a separate account. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and processed by Apple.

4. Subscriptions

Paid access is offered through auto-renewable In-App Subscriptions via the App Store. Prices, plans, and trials shown in the app at purchase control.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in Apple ID account settings. See Apple’s subscription help.
• Unused trial time may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription where applicable.

Refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot directly refund App Store purchases.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service. Prompt copy is for your personal use.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” FLUX LABS LLC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Claire is not a healthcare service.
