Flux Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Claire iOS app and this website. Claire is a wellness and organization tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1. Who we are

Claire is an iPhone app for neurodivergent adults. For privacy questions, email support@getclaire.app.

2. No account

Claire does not create a user login. There is no Claire username or password. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and processed by Apple.

3. Information we process

• On-device preferences such as first name, notification cadence, and time window. Stored on your iPhone, including an App Group used by Claire widgets. We do not run a Claire user profile server.
• Purchase / subscription status via Apple and Superwall so we can unlock paid access and restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Product analytics (Release builds only) via PostHog, such as onboarding steps and paywall events. Debug builds do not send analytics.
• Notifications if you allow them. Notification copy is generated on device from a local bank of unique lines.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Sign in with Apple. Session replay is off.

4. How to delete data

Delete the Claire app to remove on-device preferences and widgets. To request deletion of analytics associated with your device, email support@getclaire.app. Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.

5. Children

Claire is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
